Les loyers sont plafonn\u00e9s \u00e0 15 ou 20 % en dessous des prix du march\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les logements dits \u00ab interm\u00e9diaires \u00bb, se caract\u00e9risent soit par un niveau de loyers situ\u00e9 entre ceux du parc social et ceux du parc priv\u00e9, soit par un prix d\u2019acquisition <br \/>inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du march\u00e9.
